PARTICIPANTS & REGISTRATIONS
All the wishing participants are invited to register by filling online the Registration platform, that will be published in November 2025

Participation Fees
The conference fees include the contribution to the full organisation of the event, scientific programme, proceedings, industrial visits, daily lunch and refreshments, welcome cocktail and Gala Dinner.
Conference Material:
The participants will be offered a printed booklet including the accepted abstracts and practical information concerning the conference. The proceedings will be available online and shared to all participants.
Terms of Cancellation
Cancellations of registration can be requested by contacting the organisers of the conference. The following cancelation policy applies:

- Cancelation requests received before April 30th 2026: 50% of the participation fee will be reimbursed
- Cancelation requests received starting with May 1st 2026: no refund possible (including unlikely cases of visa refusal by the authorities)

Visa Requirements
Visa required?
Non-EU visitors from states not covered by the visa-free regime nor having specific visa waiver agreements with EU, will be required to hold a valid visa for the period of the conference. The EU visa policy can be consulted here.
The participants should apply as soon as possible to the French consular office or embassy in their residency state, in order to avoid delays and other inconveniences. The visa application procedure can take up to several months.

Participants needing an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the conference should initiate the process by filling out the form available here.
